Shipping policy

All Items are shipped from our Auckland warehouse:
11/4 Kellow Place, Wiri, Auckland 2104, New Zealand

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days
Rural Deliveries will incur surcharges 

Smaller Items will be shipped with NZ Post.

Larger items will be shipped with Bulk Freight company.

Any delivery instructions will be required at the time of purchase. For rural deliveries surcharges may apply. It is the receivers responsibility to inspect goods prior to signing, if goods are damaged upon delivery this will need to be noted on the delivery note so a claim process can be arranged with freight company.
